Started in 1910 Hercules was not just another small British bicycle factory. By the 1930s they had three factories located in Aston Birmingham, produced hundreds of thousands of bicycles each year and exported to 135 countries around the world. They claimed to be the largest cycle manufacturer in the world at the time.
